CredCorp is designed for employers, HR leaders/talent management of organizations, hiring agencies and anyone else involved in the process of background verification- those who are aware of existing processes and systems, and are looking for more cost-effective and seamless alternative solutions.
At Credentia, we take data security, privacy, and protection very seriously. Candidate data is highly secured with multi-layered security protocols, including SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, end-to-end encryption, GDPR compliance, and access control mechanisms. All data entered via the platform is stored in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access.
Credentia hosts a network of partner background verification (BGV) agencies directly on the platform. However, if you prefer to work with a specific agency not currently listed, you have the flexibility to invite them to join Credentia. Once they complete their registration, both you and your chosen partner can collaborate seamlessly within the platform to manage the verification process efficiently.
To safeguard employers' interests, CredOps allows employers to optionally set penalty rules in cases where turnaround time (TAT) commitments are not met.
