While heading Evia, a company based in India and Canada, he played a key role in driving the company's growth by providing innovative solutions such as custom software application development, internet marketing, e-commerce solutions, and IT staff augmentation. Over the span of a decade, Evia has served more than 300 global clients and has become known for its excellence in quality, timely delivery, and reliable solutions.

He works with organizations across sectors and is involved from business ideation to inception to stability to scale to sustainable success. Kaushal believes that business outcomes are primarily a function of the mindsets of promoters and people and he spends equal time on these soft strategies while simultaneously working on hard core business strategies.

A distinguished technology leader, Sasidhar has 18 years of extensive experience in architecting and delivering scalable software solutions. Driven by a passion for innovation within the realm of multi-tenant SaaS applications and microservices-based architectures, Sasidhar has consistently demonstrated an ability to integrate AI and machine learning models into production environments - specifically focusing on Computer Vision applications. He has played an instrumental role in leading teams across 12+ product verticals spanning web, mobile platforms, and digital ecosystems. His expertise is rooted deeply in methodologies such as distributed architecture design principles alongside cloud-first strategies for business process automation and responsive design implementations.

An Electronics Engineer, I graduated in 1993 from R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore and began my career at Sulakshana Circuits Limited (Printed Circuit Boards Manufacturing Company) Hyderabad in the International Marketing Division, supporting the sales in Europe and US markets, where I spent 1.5 years. I then shifted to Sierra Atlantic in Hyderabad, where I spent the next 7+ years in various roles - Presales, Sales - Regional & National, Product Specialist, as Individual Contributor and team leader selling into Research & Development establishments in India. I then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services where I spent next 3.5 Years initially as Sales head for Products group and then as Sales Head for the Services business, where I was exposed to BFSI, Telco, Government segments.

I then moved onto Oracle in 2006 where I was initially responsible for a couple of Telco accounts and then graduated to lead a team to lead the Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution segments. Subsequently had worked at Experian Decision Analytics to set up the Telco business and Quest Software responsible for the West Region. In 2011 joined SAP, initially leading the Services Sales for Enterprise segment, followed by working as Sales lead for Telco, Media & Mobility vertical. In 2015, joined back Oracle and this time to manage the CRM Applications business for Western Region.

In 2018 I joined Salesforce, to lead a Co-prime team nationally to build the business for Service Cloud, the fastest growing & largest cloud in Salesforce portfolio.

I have over 25 years of experience in B2B Sales, across various Industry segments, technology & Applications - On Prem & Cloud. I have been associated with leading companies such as TCS, Oracle, Experian, Quest, SAP and Salesforce.

With 17 years of experience, Sneha has made a unique transition from the media industry to brand marketing and education. She is an expert in brand storytelling and marketing communications, having worked with various industries such as design, craft, home decor, real estate, lifestyle, luxury, fintech, and social impact, both in India and globally. As a marketing communications specialist, she has overseen the development and implementation of comprehensive storytelling strategies and immersive experiences for notable companies such as Godrej Properties and Jaipur Rugs. With her extensive background as a design journalist, she remains dedicated to promoting emerging Indian talent and making a meaningful impact in the global design scene.

Since 2020, she has worked with more than 40 companies, spearheading their brand strategy projects and curating craft-based experiences. In recognition of one of the top 10 content marketers in the country, she was honored at the HerRising Awards in 2022. Sneha is also an educator who lectures on luxury marketing, sustainable marketing, brand strategy, critical thinking, leadership and design culture at some of Mumbai’s most prestigious institutions of international repute.

Dushyant is a practicing lawyer, with nearly a decade of experience in litigation and advisory work. He has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation related to real estate, intellectual property law, company law, and others before the Bombay High Court and other courts and tribunals in Mumbai.

In addition to his litigation practice, Dushyant has extensive experience with advising corporate entities, including startups, on legal and compliance issues. Beyond his legal endeavors, he is equally passionate about addressing pressing food safety issues affecting millions of Indians through foodnetindia - India's pioneering destination for food safety education.

Dushyant advises Credentia on its legal and compliance requirements and works with the management to ensure implementation.

Dominic is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with 8 years of hands-on experience delivering high-impact solutions across various industries. With a solid background in both business strategy and project execution, he has successfully led and contributed to over 100 projects - including more than 20 background verification initiatives—demonstrating his versatility and depth in the field. Known for his analytical thinking and collaborative spirit, Dominic plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into actionable, scalable solutions. His ability to work across teams and adapt to evolving project landscapes makes him a trusted advisor and an integral part of every initiative he supports.
